As part of the packet we’re  handing out to participants of the NAP/AAPIP site session in Colorado, here is a short listing of informational links ompiled by staff to help provide context for the visit.

We will continue to add to this list so please let us know in the comments if there are other links or resources you recommend we include.  Thank you!

  • The National Parks Service hosts an “online book” with an extensive map (jpg ) of detention camps, relocation centers, isolation centers, and temporary camps.  A second map is also available here.

Sand Creek Resources:

  • Sand Creek Massacre – National Park Service , National Historic Site – download PDF.

  1. We are such stuff as dreams are made on.

  2. Thank you for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were just preparing to do some research about this. We got a grab a book from our area library but I think I learned more from this post. I’m very glad to see such great information being shared freely out there.
