Noelle Ito

Noelle Ito joined AAPIP in 2011 and is Director, Special Projects. Previously as Vice President of Programs, Noelle coordinated and connected AAPIP’s diverse incubation, research and community philanthropy program areas to maximize shared learning and increase overall program impact.

Noelle also served as Senior Director of Community Philanthropy, leading AAPIP’s National Giving Circle campaign.  She has extensive experience in donor relations, having worked in several nonprofit organizations from Washington D.C. to Los Angeles. Prior to joining AAPIP, Noelle worked as the Director of Donor Relations at BronxWorks in New York City and as Director of Development at the Little Tokyo Service Center in Los Angeles. 

Noelle received her MBA in Nonprofit Management from the American Jewish University and BA from the George Washington University in Human Services.

Noelle, in her own words: If you had a super power, what would it be? I’d have teleporting powers where after work I’d ride an auto-rickshaw in India to get to Vietnam for some pho, then watch a sumo match in Japan and watch the sunset on the beach in Cuba.
