Aspen Leadership Group (ALG) is pleased to announce an opening for an Associate, Research and Operations. The selected candidate will be someone who is prepared to conduct research for executive search and business development purposes and who can analyze, interpret, and act on the information collected.

We are seeking a talented, driven individual who is skilled at translating, integrating, and curating information into focused, relevant, and useful forms. The Associate’s goal is help gather data through research, and then leverage that data to draw conclusions and deliver information that will support our business development and executive search teams. Experience with the organization, preservation, integration, improvement, and use of data in multiple forms will be key, and searching continuously for higher-level relationships and patterns in our data will be vital.

The Associate, Research and Operations will bring their full expertise to each engagement, leading to more robust connections with clients and candidates. Given our relationships with and impact on a diverse array of nonprofit organizations and institutions, ALG provides team members a national platform for influence and impact on fundraising talent in the world of philanthropy and the nonprofit sector as a whole.
