Marnelle Marasigan joined AAPIP in 2016. As the Executive Administrator, she ensures smooth and efficient systems operations, data management and grants administration. She provides support to executive management and Board of Directors and serves as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
She has worn many hats in the non-profit sector for the last 18 years in the fields of health, education, and spirituality. Her expertise includes project and organizational management, strategic planning implementation, and training and business development. Marnelle implemented youth development training programs with Asian American Recovery Services in San Mateo County and was the Director at Berkeley Psychic Institute and provided organizational leadership for their personal development training programs.
Marnelle received her MBA in Global Management from Saint Mary’s College of California and served as a business development consultant for the Zanzibar Seaweed Center in East Africa. She completed her BA in Liberal Studies from San Francisco State University.
Marnelle, in her own words: What do you enjoy doing that you don’t get paid for? When I am not spending time with my family or attending my meditation class, I love to dance Argentine tango. I also enjoy being in nature, going for hikes and soaking in hot springs.
