Welcome New Board Member June Noronha!

We are thrilled to welcome June Noronha to the AAPIP board. June is a Senior Manager with Native Nations Team at the Bush Foundation in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her team supports the self-determination and nation-building of 23 nations that share the same geography as Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. June also serves on the Board of Trustees of World Education Services, National Philanthropic Trust (PA) and the Minnesota Council on Foundations. Honored in the field of international and multicultural education, she has held several regional and national leadership positions in the United States. She represented the United States for the U.S. State Department supporting U.S. interests in indigenous rights and international exchanges in Asia, Africa and Central America.

Born in Kenya, June has studied in Kenya, France, Canada and the United States, and worked in Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. Her academic background is in French and intercultural communication.
