Welcome to AAPIP’s Co-Chair Portal, exclusively created for our Chapter Leaders! This Portal was created to centralize announcements and important documents for AAPIP Co-Chairs, and to make these files easier to access and retrieve. On this page, you will find the following:
Thank you everyone for bearing with us as we’re going through organizational and staffing changes. We appreciate your flexibility and feedback.
REMINDER: Submit your events and funding requests to the Chapter Opportunity Fund Request Form, even if your event does not require a budget!
Thank you to everyone who has already submitted requests via our Chapter Opportunity Fund Request Form. Please continue to inform us of your upcoming events and or funding requests via the Form. Please also submit any events that will not require funding – we want to know what’s going on in your chapter!
REMINDER: Make your travel arrangements for the convening!
As we outlined in our FAQs about the convening, we request co-chairs make their travel arrangements by May 9 to receive full reimbursement. To review the FAQs and reimbursement guidelines, you can see the document here. More information can be found on our convening website here.
In our shared Dropbox, you’ll find:
- AAPIP Co-Chair and Chapter policy documentation
- AAPIP National, Chapter, and Board information
- Recordings and notes from previous Chapter Co-Chair calls and meetings
- AAPIP graphics, Chapter brochures, and general templates for event promotion
- AAPIP technology troubleshooting and style guide
You may access and download the documents without creating a Dropbox account. All Co-Chairs are expected to read and abide by policies set by AAPIP National. If policies should change, AAPIP National will inform you in an appropriate and timely manner.
Together, all our Chapter activities make us a national organization! Our calendar lists all reported National and Chapter activity, so you can see what your fellow Co-Chairs and AAPIPers are up to. Please note that the calendar is set to Pacific Time, unless otherwise noted within events.
