Join AAPIP in Chicago as we honor 35 years of seeding and cultivating long-term partnerships between Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities and institutional philanthropy!
Over the last three and a half decades, AAPIP has cultivated a robust network of AANHPI philanthropic professionals, co-conspirators, and allies who are committed to mobilizing more philanthropic resources to AANHPI communities, strengthening relationships between community organizations and philanthropy, and working in solidarity to advance racial justice.
At a time when there are more AANHPI philanthropic professionals than ever before, yet philanthropic funding to AANHPI communities has remained stagnant, AAPIP invites philanthropy to reflect on and deepen their racial equity and racial justice strategies and practices. AANHPI communities are incredibly diverse and face a myriad of social and economic issues that remain unaddressed (and, in some cases, are rendered invisible).
AAPIP is proud and humbled to have developed innovative grantmaking models, incubations, and campaigns, in deep solidarity with fellow identity-based philanthropic affinity organizations, to advance social and racial justice.
