AAPIP is the only national organization dedicated to expanding and mobilizing philanthropic resources for Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities. Founded in 1990, we work through research, programs, advocacy, and a network of 11 regional chapters to address the persistent funding gap facing AANHPI communities, who currently receive less 0.34% of all U.S. philanthropic dollars.
Working Here
AAPIP is a fully remote team based across the United States. We offer competitive salaries, medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and a sabbatical policy. Some travel is required for national events and convenings.
We are building a team that reflects the communities we serve and strongly encourage applications from women, LGBTQ individuals, and people of color, including those who may not meet every listed qualification.
AAPIP is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We make all personnel decisions without discriminating on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender identity, physical disability, mental disability, age, marital status, sexual orientation, serostatus, citizenship status, national or ethnic origin.
