FY25-26 Annual Report

Last August, I started this job planning to spend my first hundred days mostly listening. The conversations I had in those early days and the continued wisdom I’ve taken in from our community is the foundation of the 2026–2031 Strategic Plan. I want to use this moment to show you what that plan looks like in practice.

This fiscal year (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026)we published regional funding snapshots in locations where we have regional chapters, against the sobering national 34-cents baseline. I visited all 11 regional chapters and watched 74 C-Suite executives and board trustees from 12 states gather for our first 1.5-day Power in Practice Executive Retreat. Then we raised $650,000 to support Twin Cities organizations through our Immigrant Rapid Response Fund when Operation Metro Surge hit.  In Hawai’i with NAP and NHP, and through READI with ABFE, HIP, and NAP, we showed up in multi-racial coalitions to build a bright future for all of our communities.

Our purpose is clear: move more resources into AANHPI communities, and build the relationships that make that possible. Thank you for being part of this work.

With gratitude,
