At the Table in Eden Center

Join us at Eden Center for a lunch program on Friday, September 25 to learn more about specific challenges facing the AAPI community in Northern Virginia and why long-term investment in organizing and advocacy is important for a more thriving, vibrant community. You’ll hear from local funders and community leaders, learn what the AAPIP-Metro DC chapter is doing to support the community, and have an opportunity to build relationships across the philanthropic ecosystem in the DMV.

This event is open to people working in philanthropy in the DMV, regardless of whether you fund in Northern Virginia, already support the AAPI community, or are part of AAPIP-Metro DC. Space at this gathering is limited, so please RSVP by September 23..

At the Table in Eden Center Logistics 

Date and Time: September 25, 2026 from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. Lunch and programming to start at 12:30 with an optional walking tour at 2:30 to visit and support local businesses in Eden Center.

Location: This event will take place at a local business in the Eden Center in Falls Church, VA. The exact location will be provided to those who RSVP and are eligible to participate. There is ample parking at Eden Center.

Participation Requirements

This event is intended for individuals working in philanthropy and is not open to the general public. Participation in this event is limited to:

• Individuals working at foundations, grantmaking institutions, or philanthropy infrastructure organizations

• Individuals who are part of a company’s charitable giving / corporate giving department

• DAF holders and/or philanthropic advisors

• Donors to the Cherry Blossom Giving Circle

• Members of the AAPIP-Metro DC chapter
