Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy (AAPIP)On Thursday, August 27, AAPIP-LA hosted a summer gathering at Woon Pasadena. It was a lively evening of conversation and connection, with food and drinks and plenty of time to catch up.
AAPIP-LA's greatest strength is in its members, and gatherings like these are just one small way we can show our appreciation to them and make sure we all stay connected with each other. And being able to do that at an Asian American-owned small business that was just down the street from some of the most devastating impacts of last year's wildfires is a critical reminder that our philanthropy and connection to our community can show up in so many different ways.
